Ann T. Rupp is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP) and certified diabetes care and education specialist.

Rupp received her BSN in nursing and her MS in primary care from Pace University. She then served as a diabetes educator and/or program manager at a number of healthcare institutions in the area, including Columbia Medical University, Stamford Health, and White Plains Hospital. Prior to rejoining White Plains Hospital in 2024, Rupp was an advanced practice registered nurse and certified diabetes care and education specialist at Optum Medical Care in Mount Kisco.
