Dr. Joanne Tamburri is a board-certified internist at WPHPA Medical Specialists. Experienced in all aspects of internal medicine, she has a special interest in disease prevention and in primary care throughout the stages of life.
Known for her comprehensive, compassionate care – as well as attention to her patients' needs – Dr. Tamburri is the proud recipient of the Patients' Choice and Compassionate Doctor Recognition Awards.
Having received her medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, Dr. Tamburri completed her internship and residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she was named chief resident.
