About

Karin Blecher Paz, MD, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist practicing general and cosmetic dermatology. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Binghamton University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and earned her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Paz continued her medical education by completing an internship in medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and a dermatology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Following her residency, Dr. Paz joined the faculty at Montefiore Medical Center where she was Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Dermatology, and was appointed the Associate Residency Program Director. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.

Dr. Paz has authored many publications on various subjects including the use of nanotechnology in dermatology. She also served as a research fellow at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Division of Dermatology.

Dr. Paz enjoys treating both adults and children with a wide range of dermatologic conditions. Her clinical interests include the early detection and treatment of skin cancers, as well as treatment of complex dermatologic diseases with systemic medications and novel biologic therapy. In addition, she has experience with various dermatologic surgical and cosmetic procedures.
